Please read the following Terms carefully before using this website

and/or purchasing any products or services.

By accessing, using or purchasing any products or services on this website, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop now and do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Check back periodically for changes. By using this website after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.


Class, Events, & Services Cancellations and Refunds

Our desire is always to have healthy and happy customers.  Please contact us if you have to cancel or cannot make a class, event or service and we will work to refund your payment as best we can.  If you are not satisfied with a class, event or service, please let us know and we will work hard to refund your payment as best we can.

There may be a time where we have to cancel a class, event or service due to weather, attendance, or other.  If we do cancel a class, event, or service, we will try hard to reschedule, and therefore honor your original registration and/or purchase, or refund the original purchase price.

Product Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  For food products, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make things right up to refund for the price of the product or equivalent replacement.  For non-food products, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


Currently, all product purchases are "pick up" in the Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Canton, Cleveland, OH area only.  We will work hard to make it convenient for you regarding time and location for pick up.  Thank you for your understanding and working with us to get you your products!
