Daily Bread 101 - Basic Whole Grains & Bread Baking

The main purpose of this class is to understand the benefits of whole grains and the importance using of freshly ground flour to optimize nutrition in all baked goods. You will learn how easy it is to grind flour out of whole grains in your own kitchen and use them in a versatile dough that yields delightful whole wheat bread, as well as pizza crust and cinnamon rolls, and get to taste it all!

See technique and instruction for a dough that yields 6 loaves of a basic whole wheat bread in one batch, which is used for cinnamon rolls and pizza dough, and highlights freshly milled whole grain flour. The end product is light, fluffy, and delicious as well as 100% nutritious.
