About The Event
This class features a delightful recipe using a sourdough starter along with freshly milled flour to enhance the nutrition of your whole grain breads. We will also learn to use the starter to make delicious sourdough pancakes, biscuits, crackers and much more.
Each student will sample sourdough goodies and leave with a sourdough starter of their own, as well as recipes to begin his or her own sourdough baking at home.
