About The Event

Spelt is an ancient grain known for its digestibility in our gluten sensitive society. Good thing because it makes delightful breads, cookies, muffins, and pancakes!

This class showcases sprouted spelt flour from Stutzman Farms located in Millersburg, Ohio. Not only will you see technique for basic sandwich bread, but we will make bagels, too! You will also learn why sprouted grains are a superior way to digest grains and seeds. The possibilities are endless for this versatile, easily digestible, ancient grain flour with the nutritional benefits of sprouted grains.

This class is a perfect next step for those who have experienced Daily Bread 101, however it is not a prerequisite.
